A toolkit for small-business owners who are stretched thin: the handful of plain, practical tools that help an owner see where they stand and what to do next. Built from years of working alongside the independent businesses that fill neighborhood retail centers. The app comes later; the prototype is live now.
Who's behind it
Insight Dynamics is Dan Shafron: a design engineer by training (twelve years at Caterpillar), a commercial real estate operator by trade, and a private pilot by habit of mind. The common thread is checklists: systems that make a good outcome the default instead of something you have to remember.
The company is independent and bootstrapped. No investors and no growth team, which is why the products are priced fairly, the claims are measured, and a real person answers the email.
